Clementine & Cointreau Marmalade

This marmalade is full of the taste of clementines enriched by the lovely orange flavour of Cointreau to give a beautiful orange flavour that isn’t too tangy.
It makes an excellent gift, either individually or as part of the boozy marmalade gift packs available. As well as on taost, it is delicious added to puddings such as an indulgent bread and butter pudding hot cross buns rather than plain bread.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Clementines, Lemon Juice, Cointreau (4%)

Prepared using 41g fruit per 100g marmalade produced.
