Delivery

Orders are sent as parcels via courier or Royal Mail and the delivery costs are based upon the weight of the preserves ordered. Orders weighing under 3.8kg will generally be dispatched via Royal Mail, whilst larger orders will be dispatched via a courier. Costs of deliveries are as follows:

• 0-1.9 kg  =  £3.55
• 1.9-3.8 kg = £6.95
• 3.8-8 kg  =  £9.50
• 8-15 kg  =  £15.95

Orders weighing between 1.9 and 3.8kg or over 8kg, will be sent as multiple parcels, and for large orders of over 15kg we will contact you to agree a delivery cost.

The prices above are for deliveries to the UK mainland only. However, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man can be arranged but may incur an additional charge, please contact us for details. Deliveries to other countries are not possible at this time.

Tregunter aims to dispatch orders within 3-8 working days. However, if there is likely to be a delay you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Please also allow up to 14 days for delivery by Royal Mail / the courier.

All address information must be accurate, including the postcode and recipient's phone number. Tregunter cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Parcels may need a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address.

Collections

From Events / Stalls:

Sarah runs stalls at a number of market events in Coventry & Warwickshire, therefore if you live locally and would like to collect your order from one of these events, please select collection when going through the checkout process. You will then be able to type in which location and date you would like to collect your order from. This will also be confirmed by email and you will need to bring this with you as proof of your order when making your collection.

From Tregunter:

It is also possible to collect orders directly from Tregunter by prior arrangement. All collections are contactless Therefore if you live or work close to the Earlsdon/Canley/A45 area of Coventry and would like to collect your order directly, please select collection when going through the checkout process and type in "direct from Tregunter". You will then receive an email to arrange a date and time that is mutually convenient for yourself and Tregunter. You will need to bring this with you as proof of your order when making your collection. Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders without prior arangement as Tregunter does not have a shop.
