Chilli jelly - HOT

This is a lovely hot chilli jelly made with a variety of chilli's including scotch bonnets to give a hot taste, set in a standard apple jelly. This gives a lovely sweet flavour with a really good chilli hit that is not for the faint hearted. Great for anyone who loves hot food it is incredibly versatile for example in a stir-fry, added to sauces, spread on chops/fish and then grilled or in cheese toasties.

Prepared using 108g fruit per 100g jam produced.

Allergy Advice: The ingredients are free from dairy, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
