Lime Curd

A tangy smooth curd with a sharp, lime taste that explodes in your mouth. Superb for those who love the taste of lime or anything sharp. Fantastic in cakes, puddings or simply on toast.

Ingredients: Sugar, Limes, Goat's Butter, Eggs, Lemon juice

Prepared using 14g butter and 20g fruit per 100g jam produced.

Total sugar content: 59g per 100g

Allergy Advice: Contains Goats butter and Eggs. The ingredients are free from lactose, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
