Lemony Apple Curd

Made with stewed apples that are then puréed, this curd has a lovely apple taste mixed with lemon zest.

Ingredients: Apple, Sugar, Egg, Goat's Butter, Lemon zest

Prepared using 13g butter and 65g fruit per 100g jam produced.

Total sugar content: 68g per 100g

Allergy Advice: Contains Goats Butter and Eggs. The ingredients are free from lactose, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
