This is a seasonal curd made using fresh apricots and has a mild flavour due to the delicate taste of the fruit. There is also a hint of lemon juice in the taste.
Ingredients: Apricots, Sugar, Egg , Goat's Butter , Lemon Juice
Prepared using 11g butter and 63g fruit per 100g jam produced.
Total sugar content: 66g per 100g
Allergy Advice: The ingredients are free from lactose, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
