Apricot & Amaretto Jam

Made using dried apricots, this soft set jam is packed with apricot flavour and pieces of fruit, however it has the extra indulgence and taste of Amaretto, for those that also love almonds. It makes for a perfect gift either individually or coupled with the other indulgent preserves that contain alcohol.

Ingredients: Water, Jam Sugar (Contains Sugar, Apple Pectin, Citric Acid, Glycerol), Dried Apricots (contains Apricots, Sulphur Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Amaretto (4%), Lemon Juice.

Prepared using 30g dried fruit per 100g jam produced.

Allergy Advice: The dried apricots contain sulphur dioxide. The ingredients are free from dairy, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
